At the September 5 status hearing, the judge set the following schedule:

10/16: defendants' response to the amended complaint due
11/06: joint status report with proposed briefing schedule due

On November 6, the judge set the following schedule.

12/01: Disclosures to be exchanged

2025
04/30: End of fact discovery
05/07: Status hearing
05/16: Initial expert disclosures due
06/13: Responsive expert disclosures due
07/15: Rebuttal expert disclosures due
08/31: Depositions of experts concluded

On April 7, the judge granted the motion to stay and set the following schedule:

07/28: joint status report due
07/31: status hearing

All other previously scheduled items are canceled.

On July 29, based on the status report, the judge ordered the case to remain stayed. The status meeting on July 31 is canceled. The schedule is set as follows:

12/15: joint status report due
12/17: status hearing

They will get more extensions as Christmas is 7 days later, and New Years Eve is 14 days later, they just won't have the time to prepare with all the holiday stuff going on.

They won't be able to get together until after Valentines day at the soonest as they have to have time to recover from the holiday backlogs.

Delays are almost as good as winning the cases, this is why we need a stay on all these unconstitutional laws until they have been ran through the whole courts system. Then the state would be in a hurry to get it done.
