Contacted MidwayUSA and they said they will ship to a Chicago residential address (zip code 606##) as long as :

State law restricts the sale of ammunition to Illinois Customers without a valid Firearm Owner Identification (FOID) Card or a Concealed Carry License (CCL) on file. If you wish to purchase ammunition, note that the address you wish to ship to must match exactly with the address on the State Issued ID or FOID/CCL. I didn't see Precision Ammo on the list. They will ship to IL. I find it to be very reliable and clean.

I search "Precision Ammo" and the search results came up with https://precisiononeammunition.com. I am assuming this is the retailer you are referring. I contacted them and they said they do not ship to Chicago.

 

Also, their website specifically states they do not ship to Cook County, Illinois. https://precisiononeammunition.com/shipping-returns/
