Without jeopardizin the cases that need to continue to frustration. 

It's the US constitution that includes the the whole US.  What a person should be able to own should be entirely left as federal (US) decision.  

Is there a move Trump could do with EO or changed in the atf rules?

In some States, we are already infringed to the point of being virtually disarmed. Apparently SCOTUS doesn't care and is impotent or paid to see that we *are* infringed into oblivion. We have been had.

I don't risk they would let such blatant disregard for other constitutional rights stand. i get guess the 2nd is a 2nd class right.

He's doing it with the justice department bringing civil rights suits.

If they're waiting for us, I think we can't even count on this current court hearing it. Given the glacial pace of the proceedings at the 7th to date just on the stay (nearly 12 months to sort that one out), I think we'll be lucky to even have the case heard this year.  They'll find ways to drag this out in the courtroom and then sit on the decision until they're confident they'll have a SCOTUS without Thomas above them.

Two of the three judges on our panel are Trump appointees, and one of them wrote a strong dissent on the PI.

Also remember that Barnett is a more well-rounded case addressing the guns, the magazines, and registration in a single package, along with the right to repair stuff. It's a better case than Snope.

SCOTUS may WANT ILL-ANNOY's PICA case but, in all likelihood, the 7th is going to sit on it as long as possible in the hopes that the make-up of the SC will change and Eastercrook's view will be upheld. 🤮
