It wasn't on the order list today, so it'll get rescheduled... again.

 

Edit - by the way, the next conference day is Friday February 20.  Pfft, what's another month?

Well, that's good.  It will be 2029 or so when Barnett / Bevis get there.

I'm wondering if they will put an official hold Viramontes in case the 7th circuit tries to play games with Barnett.

12 conferences remaining until it gets denied.

 

Plenty of time has passed for a couple justices to have written dissents.  In my own IANAL opinion something else is happening.

Hopefully it's on he orders list tomorrow morning. I'm dying to listen to the hearing if and when it's heard.

Officially there is no orders list expected on Monday.  There were no conferences this past Friday.  I assume this case and all the others will be scheduled for conference on Thursday the 14th.

 

That said, SCOTUS could surprise us.

Didn't realize that. Well, hopefully we get good news on the 18th.
