Reminder that this is what the sponsors and the proponents of this bill support and are trying to enhance. At a time where we are trying to love away from racism, the Fix the FOID crowd are trying to make this historically racist law even more draconian. The FOID exists because legislators wanted a means to arrest legally armed blacks

They will fix it alright. Will make a Constitutional right expensive and hard. Everyone that voted Democrat deserve what they're getting.

ETA: Nothing like sticking it to the voters on the weekend on behalf of Bloomberg.

Did anyone watch Flannery fired up last night. He had Duckworth on and she said she has a bill in the US congress that mirror's the FOID.

She wants a national FOID card so she can close the gun show loophole.

I couldn't believe the stupid coming out of her mouth. SMH

Well, since we have proof the FOID exists because legislators wanted to target legally armed blacks, we can rightfully call her and those that support such legislation racists, as they’re supportive of such laws that were first implemented to target people based on race and location.

The shameless politicians who are selling out your rights have the nerve to speak at a Memorial Day ceremony. These two-faced politicos make me sick.

Local Services: Highland Park is holding its 2021 Memorial Day ceremony remotely for the second year in a row. The city-sponsored ceremony will feature local veterans groups and members of the Highland Park High School Band. Guest speakers include U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider, State Sen. Julie Morrison, State Rep. Bob Morgan and U.S. Navy Capt. Jason Williamson, who took command of Great Lake Naval Station earlier this month. The ceremony begins at 11 a.m. Monday.
