Thanks  I just sent my updated information to that email address.  

 

It's a real shame that the ISP can't keep It's instructors up to date on current information. 🙄

I just received an email from the ISP in regards to my email and this is what they sent. 

 

I have attached your updated NRA credentials to your account and updated the information. The isp.state.il.us email no longer exists. This email is the best form of contact for any instructor questions you may come across. Thank you!

 

Again it's a shame that we have no resources from the ISP to get updated information as we're supposed to be teaching accurate information 😕

Just got this from ISP.Instructor.Docs:

I just sent a new email in for NRA creds to the ISP, and this email still is valid.

This email worked for me as well [ ISP.Instructor.Docs@illinois.gov ]. It was nice to get a fast confirmation from ISP that my email was received late on a Saturday night. It kinda seemed personal.

I had my main computer die and I needed the Instructor packet and Curriculum Id resent.

They replied and requested updated credentials.

 

I sent them an email with attached pdf of my NRA credentials and they responded promptly in 3 days.

 

I am very satisfied with the process.

I added an alert to my calendar to not miss this the next time.

Thank God for this topic.  

 

I sent in my updated credentials to the ISP  using the email address  that I used 2 years ago and it was wrong.  😡

 

I used the address posted here and it went through no problem. 

 

Actually they sent me an email telling me that my credentials were received and updated. 

 

I sent my update in only 30 minutes ago. 😳
