Just wanted to post my timeline, because others' timelines have been so helpfull in letting me know when to expect it. It seems like they are getting through 1,000+ per day for the 'no fingerprint' crowd.

Maybe they're worried about people getting into it and stealing info on applicants.A lot of online sites with sensitive information do this every once in a while (to make sure you're the right person, and not some bad guy logging in) It's possible they added the extra step to stop people from spamming the servers so much, but I am too dedicated for that nonsense

I been waiting to damn long considering I had to edit it cause ISP website would didnt recognise my zipcode then finally did. I was originally a 1-5er no-prints.
