My license was in my mail today!

Recommended Posts

Just arrived in the mail. The license # is my FOID with a 14 in front of it. I was approved on 2/28/2014 @2:35pm. It has my DL picture on it.

Location, please.

Orland Park, Cook county. I went back and edited it. Am I forgetting anything else?

Thanks, trying to chart the mail delivery. So far there have been a few in Cook County and the farthest north has been Barrington.

Got mine too. Picked up a bit of news that they are printing 7000 permits a day. Word from a guy that company is doing the printing. Looks like the printing won't be an issue.

On another note, these cards seem a bit wispy to me, my new style FOID is thicker and better quality. Don't really care, just an observation.

I was under the impression the ISP bought the printer and is doing it all in-house. Is his company the printer manufacturer who does maintenance?

They did buy the printers, these guys were helping them setup/run them. Also, I hear the almost repo'd them for non payment. lol Anyway, 7k prints in a day so they can really pump them out.
