The other day Sheriff Dart was on tv talking about the jail, and I was reminded about his statement that the CC bill was monsterish. IIRC, there have only been a few minor incidents. I paid the $80 address change fee upon submission in October. FOID went active on 12/2. CCL still shows 'submitted'. Any rhyme or reason for this? Cant you carry under your last address CCL? Thanks for any help! Things can move very quickly between QC verified and Active. That being said, you need to be looking on the left hand side, where it says something to the effect of <span class = "hidden status">"visible status"</class>, where the hidden status would be either QC Verified, Approved, Submitted, and the visible status would be Under Review, Rejected, Active, Denied, etc. Basically, I'd say you're probably fine... should be changing shortly!
