jester121 Posted February 26, 2014 at 01:29 AM Share Posted February 26, 2014 at 01:29 AM What concerns me about the "sooner or later" part of shuffling all these cases is that we're in real danger of SCOTUS shifting in the other direction if another (D) is elected in 2016, or if someone on our side falls ill or retires from the court.
