45superman Posted February 27, 2007 at 06:17 PM Author Share Posted February 27, 2007 at 06:17 PM By the way--I'm not sure how to classify HB 2018, about keeping training fees for retired officers' carry certification at $5 or less. Do we call it "good," because it might be a foot (well, a toe--a little one) in the door for concealed carry for "regular" citizens? Do we call it "bad," because it unfairly discriminates against the vast majority of citizens? Or are we indifferent to it, because it doesn't really make any real difference? Hmm--now that you bring it up, I'm not sure I really have an objection to that one.
