  1. I just found out that if you want to purchase ammo in IN you still have to have it, aparently they aren't aware of the change. I found this out tonight when I presented my CCL because it was easier to get to in my wallet than my Foid.
  2. when did I miss this, I knew there were talks of this, but didn't realize it passed. Sheesh I've missed way to much around there lately
  3. Um didn't her cash register TELL her how much change she should give back? Sent from my KFOT using Tapatalk
  4. How many of those FOID holders are under age as well ?
  5. I eat at a ton of taco bells when working on the road, (sad I know ) I have never seen one posted in any state, can't be a corporate policy Sent from my ADR6410LVW using Tapatalk
  6. all you guys waiting on permits reminds me of Ralphie on The Christmas story waiting for his secret decoder ring HA HA ..... Be sure to drink your ovaltine! LOL
  7. Not sure if I should start another one or kick this one into 3rd gear. What your collective thoughts be on a sign that had the gun buster symbol and additional wording " except those exempted by ( insert fcca code here). ". So basically its saying no firearms by those who do not have a permit. Now hear me out on why I think this would be a good sign, by bank recently posted and the ceo is a buddy of mine and a gun guy but he's afraid he will loose all the soccer moms business if he doesn't post and is hedging a bet that that it will be more profitable for him to not lose those customers as apposed to the pro gun crowd. My thoughts are this, nobody really pays attention and actually reads those signs except folks who are legally carrying, and they will know that that code allows them to carry because it should have been beat to death in training. The random soccer mom will only glance at it and not really know what it means ..... I'm thinking about pitching this idea to him but wanted to run it through the gauntlet first. 8. Many countries do not allow the regular folks posses firearms in calibers the same as police and military so they came out with the 9mm Kurtz which means 9mm short, we started bringing them here and like everything else we rename them so some genius came up with .380 lol Sent from my ADR6410LVW using Tapatalk 2
  9. Casey State Bank, Casey, IL added it to the app hope I did it right. Looks like Im gonna have to move my money.
  10. This and the fact that when I sent the Walmart image to isp they said to make sure the borders print would lead me to believe its not a legal sign Sent from my ADR6410LVW using Tapatalk 2
  11. I keep hearing what happens if a customer calls in a man with a gun, my question is why on earth would a customer think you are an on duty employee or a vendor , the avg customer who doesn't carry certainly won't understand the subtle nuisance that we are debating, they will take it at face value Sent from my ADR6410LVW using Tapatalk 2
  12. For what its worth I find more us made products there everytime I go for example we just bought a cheap set of plastic tumblers because the twins are learning to drink in big girl cups and we found some made in the US that were cheaper than the chinese brands ....go figure lol. 13. First reply was just this link with no additional text : https://ccl4illinois.com/ccw/Public/CCWProhibitedAreaSign.pdf Second reply was " This is what it reads on the concealed carry website. NOTE: When printing the sign, please ensure the black borders surrounding the "no firearms" symbol measure 4 inches from top to bottom and 6 inches from left to right. So to put it all in order: Me: Is the below attached sign a legal sign that applies to everyone? http://allguntraining.com/images/walmart.pdf ISP: https://ccl4illinois.com/ccw/Public/CCWProhibitedAreaSign.pdf Me: So that is not a legal sign I sent in question ? It has been a discussionI have been involved in concerning some local walmarts Some people think it's not a legal sign, and others are afraid that although the intention of Walmart is clear that it's not meant for everyone , that they in advertantly posted so nobody could enter, I'm trying to confirm or dispel some people's paranoia ISP : This is what it reads on the concealed carry website. NOTE: When printing the sign, please ensure the black borders surrounding the "no firearms" symbol measure 4 inches from top to bottom and 6 inches from left to right. That was the end of their response.
