  1. huh? https://oathkeepers.org/2018/11/cloward-piven-strategy-explained/ https://conduitforaction.org/the-cloward-piven-strategy-orchestrating-a-crisis-so-government-can-solve-it/ ummm ok? I guess....
  2. what would happen if everyone appealed to the director for a hearing? I'm under no illusion this is a magic bullet but what if .... (430 ILCS 66/87)Sec. 87. Administrative and judicial review.(a) Whenever an application for a concealed carry license is denied, whenever the Department fails to act on an application within 90 days of its receipt, or whenever a license is revoked or suspended as provided in this Act, the aggrieved party may appeal to the Director for a hearing upon the denial, revocation, suspension, or failure to act on the application, unless the denial was made by the Concealed Carry Licensing Review Board, in which case the aggrieved party may petition the circuit court in writing in the county of his or her residence for a hearing upon the denial.
  3. This is how they roll. So tired of the very poorly informed and poorly behaved getting their way. Sanctuary counties / cities is the perfect response if preemption gets no respect. Next, let's demand the same level of government funding for gun safe purchases (if it saves one life) as gets spent for social programs like Planned Parenthood. Killing babies is more important
  4. Are you 100% sure about that point 3? Police are VERY good at intimidating people and insisting they have a right to do something they clearly don't have the right to do. I'm guessing the average bank employee doesn't know about the forth and fifth amendment...or care. It's not their paperwork. That being said, the bank can't open the box without your key. They need to drill it out. I presume that's something that will definitely put the brakes on the demands of the police. By that time, perhaps a bank lawyer will be involved. bamks are pretty good at knowing and following the law as it pertains to their business. I don't even think a bank could let them into your SD box w/o drilling your side of the box , i wonder how big a process that is? I suspect it would involve a lock smith and an officer of the bank being on hand
  5. This is good advice. I would also think that, since I'm not an FFL, I won't be producing records for anyone without an attorney present. On demand of a peace officer such transferor shall produce for inspection such record of transfer. that said it's likely the officer will be cooling his heels on the porch as I get them

  7. Plot thickening? I wouldn't go that far but the ISP does seem at least curious
