Maine is not yet Constitutional Carry, and they do not recognize the Illinois license. They will be Constitutional Carry in ~2 months. But until then, cannot carry there w/o a ME license (or AK, DE, LA, MI, ND, PA, SD or WY resident license)

Ya, it looks like each kid must have a separate account - unique login.
Also a change from previous years - your kids must have a valid state license or state ID. They didn't need to have state IDs before IIRC.
How does that work for younger kids? Those of us with children far too young to drive will still likely want to get the FOIDs due to the protections provided in the law.

I just saw the list too. So they've picked that state which has never, even once issued a license to someone who is not a LEO. And they call that "similar". We certainly know that those running the show are pure anti-freedom, and also what their goal is.

I just read about this ruling today. How is it not front page news? Also, doesn't it pretty much allow carry in D.C. too? They're the only entity still with a blanket ban on carry.

It appears that the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals no longer has the ruling online (via the link in 1st post). Does anyone else here have a link to the actual ruling?

I have called the reps & senators and found new email addresses (and tested all the "Rep" ones) for most of the "Delivery Failure" emails. IM to Mauserme to update the master spreadsheet

At least Chicago is being forced to change their restrictions, and the judge is continuing on with the discussion of what hardship their new restrictions mean. After about 20 more “tweaks” and cases, they may eventually be forced to do something reasonable.

Is the State ID optional for the offline process then? Only needed if you do it online?
