    Well, I have the ammo delivery taken care of, now I need a place that delivers an H&K VP9SK 13 round magazine to Chicago!

    I am a competition shooter and live in Bridgeport. I can confirm that Atlantaarms.com and evergladesammo.com are two places that ship ammo right to my door. There are very few places that sell major power 9mm for competition but thankfully, these two ship to my door. they also sell regular minor power ammo also.

     

    Targetsportsusa is my goto for everything else shipped right to my door.

    Yes I did ask the lady who helped me on the phone and she said that they will ship to Chicago with no issues. I was told as long as your FOID card is valid you are okay with them

    BellaBooBoo13, I just checked out Mid South Shooters, sadly they charge for shipping, which can be quite expensive.

    I’ll stick to Target Sports USA, they have free shipping on ammo.

    Hey everyone I just wanted to let you know about the GREAT experience that I had with Midway USA. I went on line and ordered 1,000 FMJ 9mm rounds and crossed my fingers they would come to me. Well low and behold they are here now! The lady who runs the office was SUPER nice she called me and said I need to send her my FOID I said sure give me your email address and sent it to her. I had the ammo ship to my job since my building is not secure. She was super friendly and nice. I placed the order on Wednesday (2/7) and got it today Friday (2/9) even with all this snow!

     

    So if you guys/girls are looking for a place to buy ammo please please please go on line and give them a try.

    So you don’t know if they ship to Chicago then, Skokie is not Chicago.

    I don’t have a second address to ship to, I need the ammo to be shipped to my Chicago address.

    If there was a hole/ rip in the box where you could actually feel and see the ammo like mine; I hope you checked the contents in front of the driver before you signed and accepted delivery. If not, you would be responsible for the missing ammo. If something was missing and you didn't sign and accept the package; I think that would be a problem between Brownells and UPS, not you.

     

     

     

     

    BerettaMan, I live in a high rise (680 units) so unfortunately I do not get my packages first hand, all packages go though the mail room before they get to me.
    If Brownells does not reply to me or does not change their shipping procedures, I will make all of my purchases through TargetSportsUSA.

    BerettaMan, yes it was fine, but they definitely need to do a better job at packing, a double box was definitely needed (the package weighed 16.5 lbs)

    I saved $20 by ordering from Brownells vs. TargetSportsUSA, if that was not the case I would have ordered from TargetSportsUSA.
    I just sent Brownells a message, I will let you know what their response is, that is if I get one.

    I've received two orders from Brownells without much of a problem. The last order; however, was heavy and should have been packed in a stronger box.

     

    BerettaMan, that also happened to me, when I received my ammo from Brownells yesterday and the box was trashed, it had a big rip in the side.

    I am going to send an email to Brownells and complain.
    On the other hand the box from TargetSportsUSA was very well packed.

    What I like to do is use one of the ammo shopping bot websites, like Wikiarms.com

     

     

     

     

    I have the list open in another window, find the best price on Wikiarms for available ammo that I am looking for, then check to see if it's on the list.

     

     

    Thank you officedrone, I have never heard of Wikiarms, I will give it a shot.

    It looks like AmmoMart might have what I am looking for!
    Their 9mm Luger Legendary Ammo 115gr RN RM - 1000 Rounds in Re-Usable Ammo Can for $175.00 sounds like a very good deal!

    Hello all, has anyone compiled a top 5 list of retailers that are the easiest to use and has the best deals?

    I have read all of the threads and so far Mass Ammo stands out.
    I have yet to order from them because the product that I want is out of stock.
