Let’s not forget that the whole DC swamp inhabits Virginia. The federal government has grown unrestricted over the last few administrations that it has pretty much taken over the state of Virginia. I’m talking about thousands and thousands (maybe more) of Bush/Clinton/Obama loyalists. Another reason why our 2nd Amendment is so critically important. Virginia seems to be the front line right now. I’m sure some good patriots in VA are dusting off their rifles...

thanks. yes i did have to respond to two different valid objections on separate occasions. they were both misdemeanor non-domestic offenses by my local pd. they were both brought down to lesser charges in court resulting in supervisions and non-convictions when it was said and done. i showed this to the board and wrote a letter.

I don't have any domestics. I was charged once about 7 or 8 years ago with a resisting... I have respect for Leo but this guy insulted and disrespected my elderly parents when they had nothing to do with it, so I lost it. Thanks to a great attorney I got off with a disorderly. I'm still waiting for the board to elaborate on what/who made an objection. I'm just trying to prepare myself for the worst so I can make the right arrangements.

Hello all, currently under board review, or purgatory, whatever you wanna call it. I was wondering, if I get denied, is there any chance that my FOID could be taken away as well??
