I believe intel was Iran was close to attacking our friend Israel. Iran military resistance in spite of US bombing indicates Iran had a strong arms build up for some reason. I would rather have high prices over high body count of our friends. Would Iran be evil enough to use nukes. Sure they would.

I guess the next question would be case law and how anti 2a prosecutors think?

Uscca pays the attorneys directly. Doubt the attorney will return any moneys. Perhaps uscca could come after me but I am broke in jail. Another angle is if uscca did not pay money directly to me why would I be expected to pay any back? Uscca does appeals.

I do not think it is unreasonable for anyone operating equipment to have a clear mind. That included vehicles and guns.

I find myself agreeing with President Trump. In sociology we learn how quick a mob can turn. I recognize the right to carry, not that it is wise to carry. I stay away from mobs.

I still do not see this tragedy as a 2a issue. We have the right to stick our hand in a fire, but not the right to blame the fire for our charcoal fingers. Our leos also have rights.

I come from the belief that a right is absolute but an absolute right is not the right to commit a crime. Bring to the discussion "reactionary gap" and "pre-attack indcators", approaching aggressively any leo with a gun on you is stupid. There is not a right to be protected from our stupidity.

I recognize the value of training and coordination. I also look at past real world church shootings. I do not see problems from a volunteer stepping up.
