    Anyone who can learn to drive a lethal vehicle down the road can learn to use a firearm in self-defense. A driver's license should equal a firearm permit with no mention of firearms necessary. However, the 2nd Amendment is the only license necessary if any at all.

"free" means "able to conduct productive commerce". "right" means "what is morally good". "not be infringed" means "receive unlimited support"
