A little surprised by low number; but... i truly suspect a lot of people carry regardless and don't bother with permits or licenses.

I'll be surprised if Fetterman isn't primaries. Demos are probably calling him a DINO and will support a far left winger to run against him. Don't know if his seat if up for grabs where a moderate Republican can win it. Seems like it could be a chance for Republicans to capitalize on Dem inner party fighting to flip it.

I've heard of people doing something like that with AR pistols previously. Either way, this is a long way from perfect; but it definitely is a big step in the right direction. 11 (520 ILCS 5/1.2bb new) 12 Sec. 1.2bb. Single shot. "Single shot" means a gun that is 13 either manufactured or modified to only be capable of holding 14 a total of one round in the magazine and chamber combined. 15 "Single shot" does not include: (a) a rifle in the possession 16 of a person who is also in possession of or in close proximity 17 to a magazine that would allow the rifle to be capable of 18 holding more than one round or (b) a revolver. A gun shall be 19 considered single shot if there is no magazine in the 20 possession of or in close proximity to a hunter in the field 21 and the gun can only hold a total of one round.

I logged in today. It shows my CCL went active July 25th (applied in April). After seeing that it was now active (even though haven't received yet), I went ahead and applied for FOID renewal. Had a disruption and website timed out as uploading picture. Went back in and it had purged years resided at previous locations. Did best guess on only prior one needed (been at current location almost 10 years), deleted previous ones, and completed application. Pretty doubtful it will match previous answer exactly. Hope that doesn't mess things up. Also, noted the link / notice to the FOID card overcharge class action lawsuit on the ISP site too... http://www.foidcard.info/home.html

Applied for renewal of CCL in April. Still "Under Review" at ISP. FOID expires October 1, 2019. FOID card has old address. Any recommendations if I should go ahead and apply for FOID renewal now or give it another month?
