Did the ILGA wipe out everyone's accounts? I haven't put in a witness slip in a while and there's a non-2A-related one I'd like to do. Update: Found the answer in a call-to-action post TL;DR: yes you have to create a new account, and you can import your old witness slips and use your old email for it. It's super easy and takes 5 minutes.
