GAS3987 Posted June 19, 2013 at 02:19 PM Posted June 19, 2013 at 02:19 PM I am in the process of obtaining my own Springfield XD9 Subcompact. It will likely be my carry gun and one of several home defense options. I am looking for a good holster that can be IWB, OWB, and is adjustable. I understand that these requests add to cost, which is fine. I will gladly pay more for a quality holster. Through some searching on google, I came across these holsters. http://www.purekustom.com/ Does anyone have experience with them? They look nice to me. Are there any that would be better for my use? Thanks!
Tompo Posted June 19, 2013 at 03:03 PM Posted June 19, 2013 at 03:03 PM Have you tried hidden hybrid holsters? You can use their holster IWB or OWB. they're very versatile. http://www.hiddenhybridholsters.com/
GAS3987 Posted June 19, 2013 at 04:34 PM Author Posted June 19, 2013 at 04:34 PM Holy cow, never heard of them. I think that may be a more affordable option! I liked my "Galco King Tuck" for my .38, but it was IWB only. I would like options. Thanks for sharing; that may be the ticket!
billzfx4 Posted June 19, 2013 at 08:11 PM Posted June 19, 2013 at 08:11 PM I have a Pure Kustom Black Ops Pro for my EMP and it's worth every penny I spent on it!The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. If you have any questions or concerns Rocky is a great guy to deal with.

The down side is, it may take 4 weeks to get it.
DUman84 Posted June 19, 2013 at 10:58 PM Posted June 19, 2013 at 10:58 PM My fiancé has a crossbreed supertuck for her XD .40 SC and she loves it. Pretty much just like my supertuck for my XD .40 4". Her sub-compact really fits good in my supertuck also.

Tompo Posted July 6, 2013 at 11:29 PM Posted July 6, 2013 at 11:29 PM I just ordered a Hidden Hybrid for my S&W Shield a few days ago. For $59.00 how can you go wrong? If I had known about them earlier, I probably would not have ordered the Old Faithful for my S&W Bodyguard. You'll love it. I have one for my Shield too. They're well made and versitile. .... handyflyer Posted July 7, 2013 at 12:43 AM Posted July 7, 2013 at 12:43 AM Great holster and a VERY low price. I bought one for my TCP and I have an Old Faithful which appears to be the exact same holster. $30 plus $7 shipping http://aliengearholsters.com/
fickenmeimirish Posted July 10, 2013 at 10:48 AM Posted July 10, 2013 at 10:48 AM I am using the shepard leather conceal max for my 1911, well made, sturdy, and comfortable. It was $45 ($51 w/ shipping) they also have the tan leather (horsehide) option for $60. Took less than 2 weeks from order to doorstep. http://i1339.photobucket.com/albums/o707/Fickenmeimirish/20130710_054941-1_zpsa239b215.jpg http://www.shepherdleather.com/

This is absolutely unbelievable! I ordered the holster online on July 3rd and look what showed up in my mailbox today. That's only 5 days with a holiday and a weekend included. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a366/LOKOIHT/IMG_1191_zps5657c992.jpg Mine came really quick as well. I think there are a lot of great holsters out there, they just all have differences in the details.
