riverrat61265 Posted June 20, 2013 at 01:16 AM Posted June 20, 2013 at 01:16 AM had a local talk show guy here misrepresent this as a extension on the july 9th deadline when it was in fact a extension on madigans time limit to appeal. I had to explain it to a coworker 3 times because this has be such a convoluted mess it is hard for all those watching and reporting to keep it all straight.
