sirflyguy Posted June 18, 2013 at 10:27 PM Posted June 18, 2013 at 10:27 PM I just sang and led worship at a funeral for one of our church members (a dear, sweet woman). At the graveside, I looked over at the pallbearers and saw a guy I know. The younger brother of this man that I saw was a former guitar student of mine. As I stood there after it was done, I wondered where my old pupil was now. Come to find out, he was about 4 feet from me; he was one of the other pallbearers! Anyway, we chatted there, and then sat together at the meal after. The topic of guns came up, and I mentioned ammo, especially .22LR that I use for my Basic Pistol classes. He said, "You need .22 ammo? How much do you need?" I replied that I always need it for my classes. Long story short: he is a regional manager for a large sporting goods chain. I started at saying I would take 2 bricks, then I ended up at 8. I should have 8 bricks of decent .22LR ammo waiting for me early next week - I now have my own supplier!! I think my Basic Pistol classes are covered now for awhile...
