I wish there had been a jury trial. He would have gotten off Scott free IMO.

He should have let that pit tear that boy limb from limb.  It's for the children.

Have I not heard time and time again, we (anti's) would do what is needed to save just one child?

How would an anti have intervened? With a stern warning?

This why people just don't care about others, safer to just continue on your way and not get involved.

Well at 1000 bucks a pop most people can't afford to care about others anymore

New Poll:
A) let the dog maul the kid, or
B) shoot the dog, or
C) have the dog maul the SA.

I, hereby vote C !!

Tried to Edit - why is "b" showing up as a smiley face?  Totally unintentional.

There are no jury trials in an administrative hearing.

Administrative hearings are kangaroo courts. You are guilty via the ticket. It can be appealed to a real court with a real judge.

IF I was the parents of the kid, I'd pay the guys fines.

It's unfortunate that common sense does not prevail in today's society. There should be NO fines in the first place. He should be recognized as a hero for saving the kids life. Friggin liberalism at it's finest.
