Arch1GLK Posted May 20, 2013 at 04:30 PM Posted May 20, 2013 at 04:30 PM In all the excitement of IL having LTC, I dug out all my othe permits to gawk at. I noticed my Penn. expires 11-20-2013.My Utah expires 6-2-2014. Do I have to physically go to Penn to renew, or does another permit cover me.
