So the remora and stickyholster don't clip on to a belt and just sticks there for inside the waist band carrying? That seems weird. Does it work well?

Believe it or not, it works very well.  I was skeptical when I first bought one, but for $29, what the heck.  Surprisingly, the holster stays put. No clips, no big honkin piece of leather. And, if you get the reinforced top, easy to re-holster, too.

I went ahead and ordered the Theis.  Thanks for the input.

Here is a thread that I have no interest in. I HATE IWB holsters.

There is one thing that nobody has mentioned yet so I will.

To go along with that new holster, you definitely need a good gun belt. The normal everyday belt will not do when carrying, especially that M&P 45. You WILL constantly find yourself pulling your pants up on the side you are carrying.

The only way to fix that problem is to buy a good stiff gun belt. I am speaking from experience. When I started carrying IWB. with my Comptac, I was continually tugging at my belt and lifting the holster on the right side to pull my pants up. After I bought a good gun belt from Beltman, all of that stopped.

You will find out what I am talking about after you start carrying for a while without the belt. Just remember, you heard it here  :geek:

Agreed, and plan to spend almost as much, if not more on a good belt as you do on a holster.  $50 and up.  Well worth it.

I'll give my current belt a try  I've used it OWB. It's an 1.5 inch leather uniform belt should be ok   If not I'll get a new belt.   I also have a 1,5 inch web belt that may work also.
