The other stories in Colorado

Something to remember. They was another mass shooting attempted in Aurora Colorado just a couple of months ago:

That one was stopped because an off duty cop was there and armed but it could have been a concealed carry permit owner also

And this one, in Colorado Springs in 2007, was stopped by a concealed carry licensee:

The world hasn’t changed, it was just time for it to happen again. He didn’t even make the top ten in theworld 9but he did make #9 in the US):

You won't hear any of the media talk about how the mad man might have been stopped or how that has happened in the past when somebody was present that was armed and reacted.

All you are going to hear is new york based newscasters expressing shock and outrage that someone is able to just walk into a gun store and buy a rifle or shotgun or even a pistol and walk out with it as the new owner.

They are already claiming that someone should do something, Senator feinstein was demanding that the assault weapon ban should be reinstated, and 'clips that hod more than one round" shoyuldn't be permitted but you won't mention that places where this has happen befolre that have extremely prohibited gun laws and they still happen there. president Reagan was shot by a dranged gunman in Washington DC where it was illegal to even own a gun by a madman with a .22 and John Lennon was murdered by a madman in New York City where it is impossible for an average citizen to get a permit and another madman named Son of Sam went on a 13 month killing spree in New York City.

Everyone of those killers was mad and forbidden by law to own or possess a firfearm but they did anyways.

That's a fact that the newscasters and politicians refuse to acknowledge. Laws only affect the law abiding. Criminals and madmen have never and will never pay any attention to laws forbidding possession of a gun.

So, in their desperate need to make themselves feel concerned and credible they will, once again, try to make all of us victims to the madmen and criminals of the world.

The politicians in Washington were taught a very large lesson in 1994 after passing the assault weapon ban.

I doubt very seriously if anybody in Congress will seriously attempt to limit guns.

Obama has been afraid to try but he will go great guns after he is re-elected because he doesn't have to worry about about running again.

If he gets re-elected, the 2A will die.

Your original post is very on point, Bud. Facts like that, as you have stated, will never be acknowledged though. It simply defeats the agenda.

One can only hope that if he is re-elected that he will be as good with that as he is with keeping time for televised addresses to the nation. As I said a bit ago....the problem is as such: A great deal of people who strive to obey the laws could potentially be punished for the actions of another person. That is not justice at all. That is called a poor reaction.

If congress won't act, how is he going to get anti-2A legislation passed without them?

Obama is already ignoring Congress and the Constitution and is ruling by Executive Order.

But if he is re-elected he will replace at least one, maybe as many as three Supreme Court Justices.

If he stands up at the State of the Union and orders every Democratic Representative and Senator to figure out a Bill that will rfemove guns from Americans they will.

His Justice Department has already been caught fabricating a phoney gun smuggling operation supplying the cartels that has resulted in at least one American LEO killed and possibly one other and literally hundreds of Mexicans.

Do you really have any doubt that this President is capable of anything?

Absolutely correct.

For Obama, the "rule of law" and the U.S. Constitution mean nothing. His only limit is anything he can get away with. And if in a 2nd term, that limit would be very high.
