Ocellairs Posted July 13, 2012 at 04:28 AM Posted July 13, 2012 at 04:28 AM ....bored and what not. So I took a gander over at the DU (put fire, and hazmat suit on....got plenty of O2) and their jumping for joy that Obama could be nominated for a seat on SCOTUS. As Berry has said win or lose in 2012, he would never run for office again. To that, I say thank goodness! and for a slot at SCOTUS.
vess1 Posted July 13, 2012 at 04:38 AM Posted July 13, 2012 at 04:38 AM Keep the champagne corked for now. I watched an interview with him in 2004, maybe 06. Anyway, he was asked if he would ever consider running for president. He not only laughed it off and said no but gave an explanation on why he would not. Molly B. Posted July 13, 2012 at 12:23 PM Posted July 13, 2012 at 12:23 PM I saw the title and thought, "Ducks Unlimited" think Obama would be a good SCOTUS member? What the heck? I do believe I have become totally immersed in the culture of firearms.
Xwing Posted July 13, 2012 at 12:43 PM Posted July 13, 2012 at 12:43 PM Of course Dummycrap Underground would think so. They'd nominate him for diety status if they could.
Uncle Harley Posted July 13, 2012 at 01:14 PM Posted July 13, 2012 at 01:14 PM I saw the title and thought, "Ducks Unlimited" think Obama would be a good SCOTUS member? What the heck? I do believe I have become totally immersed in the culture of firearms. That makes 2 of us LOL
Stevepk Posted July 13, 2012 at 03:48 PM Posted July 13, 2012 at 03:48 PM I had google DU to figure who the OP was talking about. First rule of acronyms is spell it the in first use.
RandyP Posted July 13, 2012 at 04:27 PM Posted July 13, 2012 at 04:27 PM me too, and now that I know that it stands for Democratic Underground, yet another website? Can't say it will become a part of my life - lol I also agree that if a poster uses either an initialism(like DU) or an acronym (like SCOTUS), it is often helpful to spell the thing out at least once.

Ocellairs Posted July 13, 2012 at 05:22 PM Author Posted July 13, 2012 at 05:22 PM Oh come on. Everyone knows about that website. It's the place where dreams are made.....like getting your utilities bill paid for, and its free. Even mortgages get paid...for free. It's a very truthful site. DU has been used many times here. Buzzard Posted July 13, 2012 at 05:44 PM Posted July 13, 2012 at 05:44 PM Here's another one....... RN.US
Ranger Posted July 14, 2012 at 04:16 AM Posted July 14, 2012 at 04:16 AM Apparently not everyone knows about that site or the rn.us one. I've done the google search and never found anything that seems relevant to the post. I hang out here more than I should; but I don't live here. Can someone just tell what du and rn.us means instead of acting like it is common knowledge when it isn't?
Lou Posted July 14, 2012 at 12:44 PM Posted July 14, 2012 at 12:44 PM He'd make a great replacement for Ginsberg. If either of them leaned any more to the left they'd fall over.
