I don't think it will change Mike Madigan's mind, or his cadre (Mike tells them how to vote so that's all there is to that) but maybe enough people will change their minds that other legislators will change their votes.

Where is all the violence in the streets to go along with this extremely high number of CCW permits given out?  Exaclty, there isn't any.

I must disagree... Cuba will become our 51st state AND have CC before the Cubs even play in two World Series.
