Looking for tactical shooting classes here in the Western IL/STL area. I took a few while living in KC...but can't find any around here. Classes such as shooting from a CCW, moving/shooting, basic shotgun/pistol courses. Nothing crazy - just classes to enjoy and get some shooting done!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Check out http://www.teamspartan.com/ I took one of their 3 day classes and have already signed up for the "2-day Concealed Carry
Deployment & Tactics Course" in October.
The instructor I had was excellent and his qualifications filled 3 pages of the handout they give during the class.

Thanks, look like awesome courses - especially the 2-3 day defensive pistol. They are 5 hours away from me...seems everything in Illinois centers around Chicago. I may look closer for STL based courses. Again, thanks for the link, I may sign up sometime.

Oh my apologies, I saw this thread when you first posted it, but today I completely missed the "western IL/STL" part.. I do know that if you can get a bunch of people together that they will travel out there for you.
I'm also interested in the 2-day AR course, I'll be taking that next year when I'm going to be buying one.

Re-visiting this thread...going to head over to STL tomorrow to check out some gun shops, maybe they will have training courses.
Any other advice/experience with training in/near STL area?
Thanks again!

I'm looking at getting some open enrollment classes on the schedule later this year. Right now I'm doing mostly LEO only and some private lessons for non LEO. You might be interested in my Tac Pistol I and II. My curriculum is very accuracy oriented. I don't have any firm dates at this time.

Your classes and pricing is EXACTLY what I am looking for. Keep me in mind as you publish dates for training - I will be there.
