The petition can be signed online at my website by visiting roth.ilhousegop.org, and clicking on the “Pass Concealed Carry Now” button. I am a co-sponsor of House Bill 148, supporting allowing citizens who undergo rigid training the right to possess a concealed carry license in Illinois. Members of the House Republican Caucus have joined together in support of the passage of House Bill 148, also called the Family and Personal Protection Act. We are urging the General Assembly to pass concealed carry now and ask everyone to sign the petition to show those who are not on board the demand for this legislation to become law.
