There are two types of people in this country.  One type who believe that the government can take you away in black helicopters for whatever reason they choose anyway and others who would say "they would never use that against lawful American citizens", either way, this news is irrelevant.

***NEWS FLASH***  President Obama recently signed into law  H. R. 1540 (The National Defense Authorization Act ) that allows what you have written and joked about to actually happen.  I don't see anything in your post that I would blow off or take lightly.

what does the irs have to do with our gun right's, so if you don't pay your taxes than you can't own a gun. that's like saying if you don't pay your taxes you can't be gay or can drive a car or have sex. these people are going to far with our gun right's

Remember that so far, the SCOTUS appears to be scowling at the constitutionality of the Healthcare Act and now appears to be siding with Arizona on the state's new Immigration law.

It's looking like Obama and Co. has trouble understanding basic Constitutional law.

When he loses (potentially a couple) of major cases in the Supreme Court likely with a couple of months before the election, you can be sure that the campaign will lay siege on the makeup of the court in an effort to rally his base.

Yes it's going to be interesting to see how he handles himself if either or both of the cases that you mention don't go his way. We'll get to see MSM at it's very finest. The bs will rise to astounding levels for sure.

I'm afraid of this as well.  The S.C. hangs one by one vote for most issues.  If Obama has his way with the court, there will be nothing left of our country!
