Whoever replaces him will have awful big shoes to fill. I really hate to see him go.

why don't you trust Rose? He is not my rep, so I don't follow him like I do mine, but everyone I know in his district seems to love him. Especially those in favor of 2A

I've talked to him face to face numerous times. His cell number is in my speed dial. He always answers my calls, texts, emails, the same day. He's solid on 2A. And he's not even my rep yet! What's not to like??

I've met him, I like him. He has a way about him where I could see how you could wonder, is he being genuine or is he just saying what he thinks I want to hear? But I do think he's absolutely genuine. When I met him it was at lunch at Papa Del's and I thanked him for his work on HB148 and he thanked me for letting him know and chit chatted a bit about the need for carry in Illinois, he believes in it.

I was very sorry to hear that Johnson is retiring, he is a great representative.

Please not Rose or Brown! We need them in the state house/senate

I've been pretty upset about this too. Its really sad to see fellow freedom lovers leave office. We need them now, more than ever.

I wish him well, and hope he returns some day.
