We can only warn people about what they're doing.If they treat that warning as a joke and bad things happen to them, well that's their own fault.

So they are claiming that if that state had 1000 robberies and the rate dropped by 105%, or 1050, then that state must have had -50 robberies the next year.. so the crooks must have started giving back? Bad numbers don't help our cause IMHO.
