Senate Bill 1733, by Sen. Anthony Sykes, R-Moore, heads to the House after securing Senate approval by a vote of 34-9. Sykes said the measure would allow those who have a concealed-carry permit to openly carry a gun or carry concealed.

A bill already passed the OK House 85 to 9,but the Senate must of passed a different version so back to the house. Both those a veto proof margins, although previous articles have stated that Governor Mary Fallin will sign it.

Excellent news for Oklahoman RTC.
News here in Illinois seems to have dried up, however.
Hopefully such a trend can make it here. (Not holding my breath.)

I predicted that Chicago/Cook county will be sold out in order to get "shall issue".
Based on the restrictions on carry in Chicago/Cook County, I was right.
