bsachnoff Posted March 7, 2012 at 12:35 PM Posted March 7, 2012 at 12:35 PM I've made a few changes to the site. The most noticeable will be bill movement. If the bill has had a status update within 7 days, it will be put at the top of the page. Below the movement section will be the rest of the bills in numerical order by house or senate. Enjoy! Illinois Gun Bills
mauserme Posted March 7, 2012 at 03:57 PM Posted March 7, 2012 at 03:57 PM I think I just found a good way to double check myself on the ILGA threads.
bsachnoff Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:37 AM Author Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:37 AM Just in time too.... Lots of movements on lots of bills today!
mauserme Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:56 AM Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:56 AM Cool - I didn't realize SB2539 got out of committe today until I saw it on your list. It looks like some of the 3/1/2012 action is mixing in with 3/7/2012. Not a big deal but maybe worth looking at.
mauserme Posted March 8, 2012 at 05:07 AM Posted March 8, 2012 at 05:07 AM SB3533 too. Interesting that neither Agriculture nor Public Health were scheduled to meet today but approved these bills.
bsachnoff Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:31 PM Author Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:31 PM I have it set to show bills that have moved within the past 7 days. After that, they will come off as you can see that today they are gone. Is 7 days too long?
mauserme Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:58 PM Posted March 8, 2012 at 04:58 PM No, its fine. I realized after I posted that its sorting by bill number within the 7 day group so it makes sense now. I was running on fumes when I looked before.

TyXD983 Posted March 8, 2012 at 05:39 PM Posted March 8, 2012 at 05:39 PM Help me understand this site. Why are the green highlighted bills labeled support and the red oppose? Sent from my HERO200 using Xparent Red Tapatalk
Getzapped Posted March 8, 2012 at 05:52 PM Posted March 8, 2012 at 05:52 PM Green = Good Gun Bills, ones that benefit us. Red = bad, ones that will further hinder the second amendment. We support the good ones and oppose the bad ones. Simple as that.
TyXD983 Posted March 8, 2012 at 07:15 PM Posted March 8, 2012 at 07:15 PM Ok, that's what I was thinking. Just wanted to be sure I was reading it clearly. Sent from my HERO200 using Xparent Red Tapatalk
