Molly do we have the ability to use the Dupage county flier with the Illinois carry logos and such
While I would like to use the logos, I would rather create a fresh flier.

The Kane County RTC Town Hall Meeting has been added to the IllinoisCarry.com Community Calendar.

It can be viewed by clicking on on the link near the top left of the page just below the banner ads.

If you wish to submit an event for the Calendar, please PM either Molly B or myself.

As a matter of fact we do! Or if BigJim would rather use something else that's fine.

Since someone already took the time to create a flier for us then we'll use it.  I thought we were going to have to put it together ourselves.

I have a friend of mine who has some friends in Elgin PD. He is going to see if the head of the SWAT team would like to talk if that would be someone you might like to have their.

We are trying to get Lorraine Fidonik of the Second Amendment Sisters to speak.  Let's see what she says first.

If they do have him talk, I'd suggest he doesn't put his foot in his mouth like the sheriff at the McHenry one.

Good news, we have added Lorraine Fidonik of the Second Amendment Sisters to our list of speakers.  Now all we are waiting on is for Todd to secure a commitment from Rep. Tim Schmitz and we will have our speakers.

We need a list and contact info for all the media in the Kane County area:

Newspapers
radio
TV

We need a list and contact info for all the service type groups in the county -

American Legions
VFW
Eagles, Elks, etc.
Kiwanis
(If you belong to one of these organizations please print out a flier and post in your meeting hall.

We need to get flyers into every barber shop, beauty shop, and on all public bulletin boards.

This may be a good event for Bill Brady to be noticed at the doorstep of Chicago!! Is there still room for another guest speaker MollyB? I can make a phone call & ask if you are interested & if he is interested.

I have no problem with Bill Brady attending and shaking hands.  I am concerned about asking him to speak for fear that he will use his time to campaign for office instead of informing the audience about RTC.

I dropped off fliers today at Jr shooting sports in Aurora, The Gander Mountain on Randall rd, and Megasports. All were very receptive. I would like to get some down to the Aurora sportsmans club, Any  paid members let me know if I can get in there without a membership. Update me on what places anyone else has hit, and any ideas for places in the area I should visit. I'm available to make more copies and distribute them Thursday and Friday ALL DAY. (spring break)

I will try to get some fliers out this weekend.  I will be in the C'ville / Dundee area.  Can some others hit Elgin and the areas to the south of Elgin?

Thanks,
Jim

I have some hunting buddies in that Kane Co area. I'll copy the flier and send out a mass email to them and see if we can get some of them to do some leg work for us.
