Will out-of-state petitioners' signatures count?

If out-of staters count, I can get more than a few on it.  :thumbsup:

I don't see how signatures from non residents would apply on this petition.

Its moving man. I've refreshed the counter a couple times since I signed and its now at 357. I refreshed it 1 minute after I signed and it had already added another. The ball is rolling down the hill now.

#392. There has to be more people that support this. There were 5000 at Igold last year? Online petitions may or may not carry any weight but what can it hurt?

Tally is at 400 - I've sent out some more emails.  Hopefully this will start to ramp up...  Just the other day it only had ~80.
