This sub-forum will be used to post ideas and plans
for educating the public about License to Carry in the state of Illinois.

IllinoisCarry teamed up with the Illinois State Rifle Association and Second Amendment Sisters August 08 and staffed a booth at the Chicago Black Women's Expo.  Information about License to Carry and firearms training opportunities were handed out to attendees who stopped by the booth. All three sponsors felt the venture was very successful.  

IllinoisCarry also had an informational booth at the Winnebago County Fair which attracted a lot of attention and provided an opportunity to hand out educational material to the public.

We look forward to being at more events like this and need YOU to help inform us about special events (especially those involving women and senior citizens), fairs, neighborhood festivals, parades, etc.

We are a growing organization and as such our resources are limited so we will need to target our attendance toward those venues that grant us contact with the greatest number of people.  

What can you do?
