Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Firearm Owner Identification Card Act. The intent looks good but this should probably go on the watch list.
Should read that the person for whom the Order was intended to protect be issued a .38 and a box of shells and be taught how to use them. The subject of the OOP should be informed of that fact.

Three school masacres have been stopped by civilians with firearms. Two with handguns and the third by a guy with a shotgun. (Pearl, Ms; Appalacian School of Law; Edinboro,Pa)

I am puzzled as to why Rep. Careen Gordon is a co-sponsor.
