I'm not even a resident of Winnebago county and I signed it. I'm hoping that if this passes, that it will motivate other counties to follow suit. I live in Tazewell county, which is a skip away from Peoria County, actually 2 minutes away. I HAVE A RIGHT TO DEFEND MYSELF!! I don't care what the law says. Any law contradicting the Supreme Law of the land is null and void. The 2nd Amendment is quite clear. And aside from that, Common Sense is clearer. My life is just as valuable as those who are allowed to carry guns, and I would think more valuable than the criminals who seek to end it. I hope this spreads fast.
