Being he was specifically identified elsewhere and reported to the school perhaps they might have considered they had a problem However I'm not sure what they really do since "threats" were listed specifically in the contract the school board had with the police that students couldn't be arrested for. Scott Israel is accused of using the Sheriff's office for official campaign purposes including uniformed officers on the clock. The initial accusers complained that resources were taken from community safety.
