I talked to people just last week at a retirement party (a guy I used to work with) and ran into several former coworkers who are llinois FOID card holders *BOTH* who have multiple AR's and neither of them had any idea of what I was talking about when I brought up PICA. There are yet tens of thousands likely in Illinois that do not/have not checked their FOID accounts in years. Why should they? They have a valid card and keep their noses clean.
