Alonsoabe Posted March 4, 2018 at 04:59 AM Share Posted March 4, 2018 at 04:59 AM I received a letter from the board of Review saying i been objected by the cook countys sheriffs and i post a danger to myself or others in public and gave me a chance to reply with proof of any documents and a personal statement. What i dont get is why did they also send me a foid card appeals request letter if they are still waiting for my response and hasnt even been 15 days yet and i also already replied 2 days after i seen the objections online stating why i was objected. I checked online of the state police website and my foid card is still active and I havent been denied yet of my ccl application. What should do i do? Do i send in the foid card appeal letter too? Or wait until I officially get denied by the board of review? Plz help anyone i tried contacting molly b but no response. I have proof of my misdemeanor charge that i got convicted of 16 years ago, i got discharged satisfactory by completing 10 days community service and 1 year court supervision by a court disposition document.
