mwb9122 Posted November 18, 2017 at 10:50 AM Share Posted November 18, 2017 at 10:50 AM Just over a month ago I paid the crazy $80 fee to change the address on my FOID & CCL. I checked back today and my FOID went back active but my CCL says under review. Any one else encounter this? I hope I'm not thrown into the 30 day letter loop. Molly B. Posted November 18, 2017 at 01:49 PM Share Posted November 18, 2017 at 01:49 PM I don't think that has ever happened. It just takes longer for some reason. The original is supposed to stay active until the new one is issued.

Jeffrey Posted November 21, 2017 at 07:03 PM Share Posted November 21, 2017 at 07:03 PM Went through the same thing last year and again going through it now. Check online in about a week and your permission slip should update. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I hope I'm not thrown into the 30 day letter loop.I went through this last year and it took over 2 months. I called the ISP and was told that address changes are treated like a new application and you go through the entire process again. So, you are effectively being treated like a brand new applicant. Illinois at its best.
