The SHOT show starts next week and so far I haven’t heard much about new products. Two years ago reports of the P365 leaked out before the show and almost everyone (including me) was in a frenzy to learn more about it. Personally, I would like to see a compact high-capacity .380, like a Glock 42x, a Sig P265 or even a Springfield Hellkitten. What are you hoping to see?

Is it shiny? Does it go 'bang'?

I'll take a peek. :)

Wish list:
Ruger PC57 carbine
Ruger PC9 lightweight (current model is weirdly heavy)
Ruger 44mag GP1OO

Smith and Wesson 327 revolvers

Trijicon rmr that has the narrower footprint of the rmsc shield.

Sidegate Henry's in 357 and 327

I think this is either the 2nd or 3rd year for the same post from me:  PSA to bring out their version of an MP5.

The SHOT 2020 thread at arfcom says there are still issues so not yet.

But

Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.

Ruger PCC takedown in .45acp that takes glock and HK mags

Modern .44 mag carbine (like the circuit judge, but not crappy).

More collimator optics (like the obzor, pyser, and meprolight)

A semi-auto survival rifle that can accept multiple calibers (perhaps a quick change of some sort).

Wishlist?

Walther PPS-X with, say, 13 round magazine.

HK making something similar size to the G43X in "M8" and "M13" magazine configurations.

Magpul glock-pattern frames with usable grip shapes and textures.

Every pistol manufacturer to stop putting slide stops right under the thumb.

Rebirth of the Colt MARS system with "short action" AR receivers and magazines with the MARS cartridge.

Winchester to have not screwed up the 350 Legend cartridge.

Federal 9mm +P+ PCC load with the HST bullet from the 357 Sig.

Some more Federal 12ga #1 buck.

Predictions? none of the above

Interesting, didnt think it would happen. Hopefully sooner in 2020 than later. Personally, would be more interested in non welded rail and longer barrel, but its a start.
