miztic Posted October 21, 2014 at 01:20 PM Share Posted October 21, 2014 at 01:20 PM $10 says they'll dodge the bullet and just rule it as property rights, "felons have the rights to sell their crap, that this time happens to be guns is immaterial" ETA: especially considering the guy already transferred his guns to the FBI and asked them to handle the transfer for him, he wouldn't have had to even see the guns to get this done.
