I have called and emailed hundreds of times and still have not received A explanation to why and its 4 years later. I want to reapply but when I log on it just says denied and no where to reapply. I am so beat down with all this I guess if I write a letter and wait another 3 years for a response then I guess what’s another 3 years. Depending on what part of the state and what party they claim, could be anything from no help to helpful.
