Just found out, this morning, that despite arrangements being made over the past 2.5 weeks and even yesterday, CPD just realized that their "expert" witness is out on furlough. He is replacing the original "expert" who is out on injury leave, apparently having fallen out of his chair or something. bzzzzzt bzzzzzzt - SHHHHockerrrr.... Isn't that the day the sky is supposed to fall when there's no debt limit increase?. My guess is they're hoping the first piece will fall on the hearing building.
