I emailed the state police, and they said to get fingerprints, then submit the TCN to the webmaster on the concealed carry site. I got my fingerprints done yesterday, and emailed the state police and the webmaster both my TCN. I just called the BOI and confirmed that they did in fact receive my prints. He had prints done on Saturday, emailed ISP his number and his application number. They returned his email on Monday morning. He went active on Monday night. There are many posts about people who apply without prints, then add them later and the license goes active almost immediately. Let us know what you end up doing and how it works for you. Your approved, but send us more $ and we'll let you have it. Well what do you expect from Illinois. So glad you guys posted this. Makes me even more determined to stand my ground.
